1. Eligibility

- Participants must be at least 25 years old.

- All drivers must have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

2. Registration

- Individuals must complete the registration process and provide all required information to participate.

- A non-refundable fee may be required to secure your spot.

3. Conduct

- Participants are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the trip.

- Any illegal activity will result in immediate removal from the trip with no refund.

4. Safety

- Seat belts must always be worn while the vehicle is in motion.

- Participants are required to adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.

- In case of an emergency, participants must follow the instructions of the trip organizers.

- SEVEN disclaims any responsibility in the event of any car accidents.

5. Liability Waiver

- By participating, individuals agree to release and hold harmless the trip organizers from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the trip.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

- Cancellations made up to 10 days before the trip will receive a 50% refund.

- Cancellations made after this period (less than 10 days) will be subject to no refund.

7. Transportation

- Our logistics team will be responsible for car transportation from and to the destination.

- Each participant is responsible for their flights from and to the destination.

8. Costs and Expenses

- The cost of fuel, car logistics, daily meals, and accommodations will be covered by SEVEN.

9. Photo and Video Release

- Participants consent to having their image taken during the trip for promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing before the trip.

10. Governing Law

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
